Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of BLACKSTAR MATRIX ONE websites, applications, APIs, subscriptions and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable store or payment-provider terms.
2. Research service — not a sportsbook
BLACKSTAR provides sports market research, analytics, price comparison and decision-support tools. BLACKSTAR does not accept, transmit or place wagers; does not hold wagering funds; and does not guarantee wins, profits, parlays or outcomes. You are solely responsible for whether and how you use research outputs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required for the Service in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service where access to this type of sports-market information is prohibited.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices and credentials. Family Legacy codes are personal invitations and may not be resold, posted publicly or transferred without authorization.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, billing periods, taxes, trial terms and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by those platforms' billing terms.
6. Research limitations
Odds and market data can change rapidly. Sources can be delayed, unavailable or wrong. A displayed probability may be a market-derived research probability rather than a separately certified predictive-model probability. “Edge” is not a promise of profit. Past, simulated or backtested performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer protected server components, scrape the Service at abusive rates, bypass access controls, resell private data, interfere with security, use the Service unlawfully, or represent BLACKSTAR outputs as guaranteed results.
8. Intellectual property
The BLACKSTAR brand, software, interface, ranking methods, non-public model architecture, prompts, model weights, training methods, trade secrets and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the Service provider. Your subscription grants a limited personal right to use the Service, not ownership of the technology.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, data-provider outages, app-store services, Internet failures and force-majeure events can affect availability.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that predictions, prices, data, rankings or recommendations will be accurate or profitable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLACKSTAR and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or wagering-related losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, chargeback abuse or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel subscriptions through the channel where you purchased them.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
