Delete your BLACKSTAR account

You may request account deletion from inside the app when that control is available, or by contacting privacy@blackstarmatrixone.com.

What to include

Send the email from the address associated with your BLACKSTAR account and use the subject BLACKSTAR Account Deletion. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers or family access codes.

What happens next

We will verify the request, delete or de-identify eligible account data, and retain only records that must be preserved for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal or audit obligations. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google; cancel that subscription in the applicable store as well.
