Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription before the next renewal. Access normally continues through the paid billing period unless the applicable platform states otherwise.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or the rules of the payment platform through which you purchased, completed subscription charges are final and non-refundable. Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to those platforms' refund processes and decisions.

Service problems

If you experience a verified duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, material billing error or an extended service failure attributable to BLACKSTAR, contact billing@blackstarmatrixone.com. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law or applicable platform rules.

No performance refunds

Sports outcomes, losses, missed parlays, market movement and disagreement with a research ranking are not billing errors and do not create a right to a refund.
